HCG DIET SAMPLE DAY

The HCG Diet is amazing! I cannot say enough good things about it! What you are allowed to eat is very limited but get creative and you'll be totally satisfied!

Here's a sample of my day!

Breakfast - Tetly Mojito Herbal Tea and 1 orange

Lunch (usually at 12) - Lemon chicken and steamed asparagus

Snack - Sugar free Cherry Pomegranate Jello (not on protocol but it's only 5 calories per serving)

Dinner -(usually at 6) 3 mini burgers topped with lettuce and tomato

Snack - Chamomile Tea
